I didn't complain about the import of the polygons as such. That's fine if it is done carefully.
I'd suggest to keep one ref tag only, like ref:CPAD. This should be sufficient to allow for future updates.

Other tags like ACRES and COUNTY are just redundant because they can easily be retrieved from existing information in OSM. Some could be converted to matching OSM tags, like MNG_AGENCY -> operator.

Please, don't feel offended - I'm just monitoring new keys appearing in the database as most of them are entered by mistake.

Before your edit the keys were in upper case, e.g. LINZ:layer. These are very common in NZ.
You changed it to lower case - might be a software issue with OsmAnd?

'fire operator' -> 'fire_operator'
'water tank: street' -> 'water_tank:street'

Dieses Tag wird für Parkstreifen entlang von Straßen verwendet, nicht für Parkplätze. Mir ist es deswegen aufgefallen, weil du "conditions" mit "s" schriebst.

Ich habe hier öfters das Tag "parking:conditions" gefunden - das gibt es sonst nirgends. Du meinst sicher "osm.wiki/Tag:access=...". Schaust du da nochmal drüber?

described-in-wikipedia
described_in_wikipedia
listed_in_wikipedia
listed-in-wikipedia
and so on. Such changes have to be discussed first.
