you essentially flooded a huge area by adding landuse=basin to large polygons. Also, most of the tags are from a foreign source and do not belong into the OSM database:

Please pay a bit of attention to the spelling of keys - I found various versions of the word "wheelchair" in your edits. With spelling mistakes these tags can not be understood by any software.

Du hast hier Hydranten eingetragen. Überlicherweise werden solche Objekte nur als Punkt und nicht als Linie eingetragen. Das Tag "hydrant=yes" wird leider von keiner Software verstanden. Schau mal im Wiki nach, dort ist erklärt wie Hydranten getaggt werden können: osm.wiki/DE:Tag:emergency%3Dfire_hydrant

kannst du diesen Hydranten nochmal überprüfen? "fire_pressure" ist kein sinnvolles Tag. Außerdem werden Kommazahlen wie im Englischen mit Punkt geschrieben.

der Key "recycling:opening_hours" wird außer hier nirgends verwendet. Üblicherweise wird "opening_hours" ohne Prefix verwendet. Würdest du das anpassen?

There should be no spaces in the key and 'water_tank' has an underscore.
