"parking:both:on_kerb =no" is not a common tag - according to your comment it should be
"parking:both=lane" should be correct.

Something went very wrong here - these changesets created a huge amount of nodes and areas with strange tags. Please make sure to always follow the OSM import guidelines!

bei den Referenznummern von Denkmäler ist der Prefix "heritage:" nicht üblich.
Es sollte also "ref:lfd" sein und nicht "heritage:ref:lfd".

Has this tag been discussed before the wiki page has been created? It's description is in contradiction to what is documented on tourism=artwork.

"artwork_creation:year" is neither documented nor used in any place.
According to tourism=artwork it should be 'start_date', but I also recently talked to someone who preferred 'year'...
