They are the experts in advertising their branded fuel names like "v-power". We usually convert them to what they really are like "octane_98".
What Shell sells in one place under this name might be completely different from what they sell somewhere else.
In most places this information is required to be shown at least on the pumps themselves.

I agree that "rideshare" is a strange term, but unfortunately this is what they are called in many places around the world.

"state" was used just once on all the railway signals in the world before your recent edits.

Mostly key names are either singular or plural and don't change their form depending on if there is one or more values.

It might be better to have a clearer difference between the two keys which is not just an 's'.

it's not common to prefix the gtfs codes with a country code. Usually it is added at the end, mostly combined with a region of operator information.

Generell müssen Dinge wie "Fläche" und "Umfang" nicht getaggt werden - das ergibt sich ganz einfach aus dem Objekt selbst.

"name:zh_zhuyin" doesn't exist. The proper tag is "name:zh-Bopo" - which already exists on the objects you edited.

If it's not clear what the meaning of "sharp_disposal" is, then I say it shouldn't be imported into OSM at all.

some just have a "area=yes", but not a building tag.
You can add some descriptions, but better use a common tag. Either "note", if it is information for mappers, or "description" if it might also be useful for others.
Some of the comments look like a bit too subjective to be of real use in OSM, but the real facts can for sure be there - and also deserve the proper tags like roof:material or building:colour.
