Bing seems to be the most accurate imagery locally for offsetting against.
You may need to adjust the offset of other imagery - like Esri - multiple times if you move 100m away (or notice an image stitch where roads shift around)!

You also don't need to specify state / postcode / suburb unless it's intersecting boundaries.

Also - since you use Esri imagery, you should adjust the imagery offset to match nearby existing features.

Hiya - you can use the "square buildings" button (Q) to make corners snap to right angles. Which is almost all corners of residential buildings

There's a second field you can use for the unit numbers, `addr:unit` to be used alongside `addr:housenumber` of 20

The house is not on layer=1, they're both on the same layer and should not overlap.
