Please don't connect landuse areas like parking lots to highway centerlines, the edges of areas should be the actual edges of the area, not the middle of the adjacent road.

You can, but it's a warning that navigation software won't be able to do anything with that information.

If you have more specific data available, that would be awesome; 45 MPH is the county default speed limit in that area but if you can find the citation, I can bulk update it.

With landuses, please don't cross roads or attach them to highway centerlines, the landuse should reflect the actual landuse and be congruent with it.
