Dans ce cas un name:-1947 et un name:1947- ne serait pas plus adapté ? osm.wiki/Comparison_of_life_cycle_concepts#Date_namespace_suffix_as_%22keyname:DATESPEC=..%22 (sans supprimer les name et old_name)

As the dataset is used in France, asking on the (French speaking) [OSM-talk-fr] https://lists.openstreetmap.org/listinfo/talk-fr would be a good start (possibly with a translation made by Deepl.com). The dataset you're using is AFAIK available on Osmose, Frédéric could say why he did not automate this part (possibly with good reasons, even if I don't see any right now except the lack of time to implement it). On top of that you're misusing several attributes like name (here you but a short description), charge=gratuit should be fee=no, etc...
Automatic edit is forbidden except if explicit OK is given by the community.

According to https://osmlab.github.io/osm-deep-history/#/node/493411743 you seem to modify objects with no changes. Your bot should be public and accepted before running it.
