1) Please don't just change highway=path to highway=cycleway for combined bicycle-pedestrian paths.

2) Also, please don't just favor bicycles instead of foot traffic. These crossings are for people too, access tags already allow bicycles to use them.

Please add more meaningful descriptions to your changesets. Anything is better than "test".

For example, just "Landuse" would already be more helpful.

"Test" makes your changesets look more suspicious as one can assume that you are testing something and adding fake data.

I've tried my best to improve it. Neighboring streets' access was also updated.

I'll also check opposite direction of Laikmaa later, not clear if private vehicles are forbidden there, right turn from Narva mnt doesn't seem to be forbidden.
