The route of the subway is regulated by a signaling system and therefore has nothing to do with right of way. Only the vehicles in the circle are relevant and they have the right of way.

Vehicles in the roundabout definitely have the right of way.

Not always giving way on thw circular lane means junction=circular?

Junction=circular denotes a circular lane that runs anti-clockwise.

Sorry, I gave a wrong comment. It is not a ptv2 relation, as forward and backward directions are included.
