you added many objects with very strange tags here - for example

highway=64/24
natural=Chu Thị Thuong Ha
shop=TDok

What is the meaning of all this? Pleae have a look to the OSM wiki to learn about how objects have to be tagged to be usable by OSM users.

I'm not from the UK, so I didn't hear the term MOT before.
But as far as I see, these tags involving the term MOT are used maybe 50 times in the UK, while all the rest of Europe has the tag amenity=vehicle_inspection used 1300 times. This tag is supported in JOSM and shown e.g. in Osmand as well.
This might not be a good place for tagging discussion, but I think it would be good to use it here as well.

Should I change it back to the (up to now not used) tag service:vehicle:mot = yes, or to something else like service = MOT?

Shouldn't it be amenity=vehicle_inspection or service:vehicle:inspection=yes then? The first is documented and used 800 times, the latter is used 30 times.

most of these nodes have only foreign tags which don't look like they should appear in the OSM database, can you check this?

Btw, what is the precise license of this data? Pure cc-by is not compatible with ODbL!

willkommen bei OSM. Was genau möchtest du hier mappen? Damit Software etwas mit den Informationen anfangen kann, müssen die Tags genau so wie im Wiki beschrieben benutzt werden. Wirf doch mal einen Blick auf Parkplätze und E-Tankstellen.
Bei Fragen hilft man dir im Forum gerne weiter.

Kannst du die ganzen 'capacity' tags an diesem und anderen Nodes überprüfen? Für die Leistung gibt es 'power' als Tag.

Who is a "regular osm user"? There are hundreds of different maps and tools around. All of them render different things. And for example searching for names gets increasingly difficult if we add arbitrary information to the name tag.

We do have a clear policy that the name tag contains just the actual name and does not contain any description. For this you can use tags like maxweight or hgv. If tools like maps.me do not support this, request them to adapt to common OSM tagging rules.
