And the one in 'postal' the one to contact the farm?

You can leave the tags, but they aren't really useful without any tool using this information.

I can't find any license statement on this site. Do you have a written statement that this data can be copied to OSM?

'postal:' has not been used in any place and are not likely to be used by any tool. I suggest to move 'postal:' to 'contact:' and have the physical address in normal 'addr:' tags.

please don't add 50+ food and drink tags on restaurants. OSM is not the right place to store the complete menu of a restaurant.
Just add a link to the menu on their website using website:menu.

Please check the names you added. There are many wrong language codes like

po, ua, jp, sp, tu, in

Also, please add only those names which actually exist in the given language. There's no need for transliterations or plain copies of tags.

If you like to have an automated change for these 210 urban/rural tags, that's not a big deal. I could do that.
