tags like "carriageway:width:min" are not yet in use.
I suggest to use the common :start and :end suffixes for ways that change their width as it seems to be the case here.

Also: Many of the ways are more than one kilometer wide which is clearly a mistake.

'direction_east' gibt die aufgeführten Ziele an, nicht die Richtung von Markern. "direction_east=yes" wäre ein Wegweiser auf dem wörtlich "yes" steht.
