Btw, what is the source of this data? Is it available under a license compatible with ODbL?

surgery_hours sollte auch besser umbenannt werden in opening_hours:surgery - das wird schon ein paar Mal verwendet.

shop=garden_centre is exactly what you are looking for. You can give a more detailed description with the description = ... tag.
The tag otro=agroquímicos should be removed in this case.

Hi & welcome to OSM,

I found many uncommon tags on your edits, like here:
way/460001598
Gender of owner = Female
Type of ownership = Unknown
building type = Commercial
building-status = Complete
building_material = Concrete Blocks
water_supply = From house with piped water nearby
who stays here = Tenant

These tags might describe the building, but they can not be used by any automated software because they are not defined. Please have a look to the Wiki and read about common tags for buildings.

looking at this POI I see that it has many uncommon tags. OSM needs tags that are well-defined to be able to have software making use of the information.

NRHP# = 75001992
RTHL# = 4100
TSAL# = 370
What are these numbers?

These tags are not defined. If you want to tag several organizations, they have to be on individual nodes. Best practice is to put them all next to each other inside the building.

Hi,
could you review your changes? There are many tags that are not used anywhere else. Tags that can not be used by any software are rather useless. E.g.:

damage:=major - there should be no : in the tag

damage:building=residential - this should be building=residential

damage:street=kilima_hewa - this should be addr:street, I think.
