I found some mistakes in this changeset:
All the nodes of the buildings got a "building=yes" tag - this tag should only be on the way representing the building.

Second, the buildings have some strange tags like "0_5M=0" which don't look like they belong into the OSM database.

Could you comment on this? Let me know if you need help correcting these issues!

Please make sure that the spelling of your tags is always correct - misspelled tags can not be understood by any software. Could you have a look to your edits and correct these mistakes?
E.g. I found:
fire_hydrant:citi
fire_hydrant:houaenumber
fire_hydrant:sireet
fire_hydrant:sity
fire_hydrant:steet

I noticed some nodes with a tag like "walmart=walmart" - this doesn't help much, because there is no tag describing what it actually is. The correct way of tagging would be "shop=supermarket" "name=walmart".
You can find a lot of information on tagging in the wiki: osm.wiki/

It looks like you added some private information as well, like "home=home" or "dads=dads". Please don't do this!

there are two poles with misspelled tags, 'bname' and 'bane'.
I think that these and all the name tags should be changed to ref=* - the numbers are not names, but reference numbers.

I found the tag 'lvl' on these edits that doesn't exist in other places. I think it it the elevation of the points and should be 'ele' - but has to be converted to meters.

'opening_hours' needs to follow a well-defined syntax, otherwise it can not be read by software.
'description' is not meant to be used for advertising slogans
'service:bicycle:...' - please have a look to the wiki: shop=bicycle#Additional_keys
