hi Brayan. welcome back to OSM. please have a look at "turn:lanes", they are meant to represent lanes with compulsory direction, allowing for navigators to inform you that you should move to a specific lane of the same road. if you create fictive roads, the navigator will give instructions that will be difficult to understand, like moving to a different parallel road where there isn't any.

hey! we've reviewed, suggested, explained, corrected, and you're sgain adding data as if you hadn't received any feedback!

hey ... have you looked at the detailed feedback you and your group received, and all corrections performed on your input?

more than "adding details", this is part of a larger reorganization action where administrative centres tagged as "hamlet" are raised to "village".

more than "adding details", you have changed a place from hamlet to village, and added a description to the node, telling why a locality you initially mapped as hamlet, should now be considered a village.
(but why can't you write this yourself, instead of asking reviewers to check the content of your editing action?)

122178412

more than "adding details", you have upgraded a healthcare from doctors to clinic.

more than "adding details", you have changed a place from hamlet to village, and added a description to the node, telling why a locality you initially mapped as hamlet, should now be considered a village.
(and you have moved the node)

"Tzingal" looks weird in Spanish, maybe an indigenous name? It might well be, because according to the INEC there's more than 50% indigenous population in Tisingal (Tzingal), 100% in Alto Tisingal, and only one out of 10 in Bajo Tisingal (which also has the Latin name Los Pinedas). Latinos and Natives do not communicate much here, and very few Latinos have any knowledge of Natives' languages. So I suspect that your Tzingal is the right native spelling, but that Latinos write it as they can read it, namely Tisingal, even in official documents. I do not know and please feel free to adjust all three names, but please also do add a note about the rationale of the spelling.
maybe name=Tzingal; name:es=Tisingal ?

I had not noticed the second typo in the name "Trinsingal". completed the fix in changeset/122165151
