Es gibt sicherlich auch in iD die Möglichkeit, Umrisse auf Tastendruck rechtwinklig auszurichten.

Der Grund für die Fehlermeldung hat auch schon vor meiner Bearbeitung bestanden, da ich an den tags der Relation nichts geändert habe: http://osm.mapki.com/history/relation.php?id=1404758 . OSMI berücksichtigt offensichtlich keine multiline-Relationen bzw. den x-natural-key.
Ich habe jetzt die Version 1 der Relation wieder hergestellt, die member-ways zu einer Line zusammengefasst, die tags von der Ralation auf sie übertagen und dann die Relation gelöscht
