In this case I would draw one outer way around the outside of the entire thing. Then draw the inner ways.

area=yes on way/1035904925 makes no sense. tag deleted.

area=yes on Way: 1035904926 make no sense. The way does not need to be included in the tree multipolygon and can simply be tagged as a tree area.

I think you have used Maxar imagery for some of this, this is probably the most upto date, use the DCS for fine detail (resolution).

The residential are does not go to the road centre. The road, its verge and foot path are landuse=highway, so the residential are is set back from the road.

The combined tennis and basketball court ... I prefer to map these individually as 2 separate things .. they overlay one another but that is what they do. For example see way/459026975#map=18/-33.76416/150.69128

I do hope you have stopped mapping leisure=pitch as more that the playing area of the sport... in this case I think the Bowls Club was better mapped as sports centre.. alternate landuse=recreation_ground.

The building with club=sport...

A sports club will have
a name (tag name=?)
a sport (tag sport=?)

The building may contain only that club .. but the name of the building, if it has one, may not be the same as the club. I would simply map the club as a single node within the building.

Re set the single cricket pitch back to a circle - used bing. Maxar is usually the latest imagery OSM has available now, that simply shows grass .. possibly out of cricket season.
