| 39890765 | Hi,
| 39792610 | For info, I've sent a message re changeset/39890861 . I mention it here because the current mapping will show up as an "error" on whatever you're using to direct your remote editing. |
| 39890861 | Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap!
Then just draw the buildings (not including the playgrounds) and tag them as buildings. Anyway, hope you don't mind me mentioning this; just trying to help. Any questions please don't hesitate to ask!

| 39792610 | Re way/421687725/history , I'd have thought that "landuse=farmyard" would make more sense than "place=farm". Also, as you can see from the underlying GPS traces, Bing is offset here, so you'll need to nudge it a bit. I'm not convinced that the access road to it is residential either. I will at some stage get in touch with the original mapper here (they're new, and I've been waiting a bit for them to get the hang of things) - I wanted to send them a "proper" welcome message rather than just "XYZ is wrong". |

| 39792524 | Would it be possible to explain what change was actually made here? "remove self intersection of area outline" doesn't really explain anything. |

| 39847225 | Hi,
| 39818092 | Hello at welcome to OpenStreetMap!

| 39812846 | For the record, "soccer" is _not_ the regular British English term for the sport you're trying to tag here, "football" is. There are however cases where OSM has adopted an americanism (e.g. sidewalk) in order to avoid confusion; that may make sense here (but some prior discussion and a heads-up prior to any edit would make sense). On a more specific level are you sure about Holmesfield FC's ground is (a) still active and (b) is only used for football? Many community grounds are used for a variety of sports, the pitch markings will change with time, and often other sports are played on a marked football pitch. Holmesfield FC's website and other social accounts seem to have disappeared, and a quick web search finds people commenting on the club no longer being active. Is it now used for football (and if so is there a club associated with it, and what is its name?) or is it just a generic village recreation ground (and again if so, what is its name?), or perhaps has it just been reverted to farmland? You may ask "how should I know, I'm on the other side of the planet?", but you are the last person editing this object, and you did claim that your edit was not mechanical... |

| 39930642 | node/4235008004 just looks like spam to me; I'd delete it. The address doesn't match. |

| 39931681 | In addition fixing the problem described in osm.org/user_blocks/969 , it would be really helpful if you could use changeset comments that actually describe the change being made. "1" (used here) doesn't describe anything. In the future please do use meaningful changeset comments. Best Regards,
Meilleures salutations,

| 39557383 | Thanks for fixing this. I've tried to explain the problem to the previous editor: osm.org/user_blocks/969 . |

| 39909511 | Is the "twinned with Paris" sign still there? http://www.theguardian.com/theguardian/2004/aug/11/guardianletters |
| 29567145 | The wikidata link here is to the "M42 motorway", which can't be right? |
| 39536756 | I don't see anything in that discussion that suggest that these in any sense actually "exist". Both https://lists.openstreetmap.org/pipermail/talk-at/2016-May/thread.html#8394 and the linked note/556617 suggest that they don't (specifically "nein, dazu gibt es keine Infotafel"). |
| 39536756 | So what exactly is "Dragoneye-Place" then? |
| 39806586 | D'oh. The comment should say "now open" not "not open "! |
| 39536791 | Finally got around to reverting it in changeset/39799383 . |
