| 136796251 | Thanks for the advice and engagement here. I'm currently looking at filling in postcode information and post towns happens to be a side-effect of that. |

| 136796251 | Hi, Yes, Settle is the post town for BD24 but read on. Tagging for UK addresses means you have to read through the labels to arrive at the actual meanings, thus:
We're describing the addresses here, not the locations. They're not always the same thing. Locations can be computed (eg by Nominatim). More info: osm.wiki/Addresses_in_the_United_Kingdom#Address_tags I've corrected the nodes that had Settle twice in their addresses. Thanks for that. Regards,

| 132575933 | Hi Colin,
| 132020592 | Thanks for spotting this. I've resolved it on changeset #132424144. |
| 128547975 | Upon a survey today, even that note was wrong. All signs show "Westerley" so no issue. |
| 131181781 | Resurveyed and fixme resolved on changeset #131240068. |
| 128547975 | It'll be a typo by Kirkees I'm sure. In which case, even though it is nominally "ground truth" I'd ignore it. This has happened elsewhere, eg: way/4325553 |
| 128547975 | Thanks again. |
| 128547975 | Actually, I found one:
Never knew it was called that! |
| 128547975 | What's your source for "Pussy Lane" please? |
| 128758849 | Not your fault but the busways are no longer showing up on the Standard layer. Might be the "access=no" tagging? |
| 130000000 | Nice changeset number! |
| 129780724 | I'll remove them then. If there's an actual name that describes the whole road (eg Great North Road), I'll put that in its place. Probably most of them will go. |
| 129780724 | If they add nothing, I'm happy to remove them. |
| 129780724 | A great many have already been tagged in this way over the years by various authors. Just bringing the tags up to the same consistency. |
| 125699981 | Resolved on changeset #128078151. |
| 125699981 | Still wrong! |
| 127347954 | Thanks. You're right to call out the mass edit. I'll raise the issue in the proper way. My reasons were: I don't think the tag adds any information, the country code might be better represented as UK anyway, and these tags themselves mostly originated from fhrsid imports in the first place. |

| 127347954 | Reverted on changeset #127404106. |
