It's best to put node closer to the main entrance to the business so that navigation can direct you exactly where to go.

Hello.
As documented in crossing=* intersections that are controlled by traffic lights are supposed to be tagged as crossing=traffic_signals. crossing=marked is intended for STOP sign intersections.

According to https://www.mlb.com/mets/ballpark/hospitality/spaces/rotunda it seems like this feature's name is Jack Robinson Rotunda? Unless you were mapping something else?

This person doesn't include their address on their website nor on their Instagram account. they obviously don't want it to be publicized like that. This edit is going to be reverted.

Once again, you are not allowed to use copyrighted sources like Yelp or Yahoo or Google to add data to OSM!
This edit is going to be reverted!

Why did you delete a valid address node here?

Why did you change cafe name to a wrong one? You blatantly copy/pasted it from Google Maps w/o even bothering to research the correct name.

Why did you delete craft=key_cutter tag when if you've done a minimum of research you'd see this is the service this business offers?!
This edit is going to be reverted due to vandalism!

This is NOT this biulding's name!
This is not this building's image! You are just linking to some random website! This is not what "image=" tag is intended for!
Your note tag is useless to other mappers.
This edit is going to be reverted.

You put wikidata and wikipedia articles of a PERSON onto a BUILDING. This is wrong. Further this is NOT this building's name. This is truly some historical building, tag with proper nrhp or similar id. This edit is going to be reverted.

None of the garbage that you spewed goes into the description tag. In you stretch to the maximum it might be valid for the note tag, but most definitely not description! Plus your blatant attempt to tag OSM with your "BUC" tags will not be allowed! Keep your nft/beanie babies scam out of OSM!

This revert/edit doesn't make sense.
You tagged the whole way that goes ALONG a road as "crossing:unmarked". That incorrect. Also just because people are crazy enough to walk along a road doesn't mean that's part of the official road network. Furthermore, the way you connected it at Continental Ave intersection also doesn't make sense from the routing point of view.
And regarding the existing path, informal=yes is the correct way to tag desire paths.

Which OASIS NYC map are you referring to? CUNY one? If so, it shows this street name. Also both streets.planning.nyc.gov and ZoLa show it. However Bing or Streetview don't show any street signs there, but both imagery seem to be pretty old(2014-ish). Cyclomedia is giving me error for now. 🤔

Oh, but addr:state tag must be 2 capital letters. 👍

What you did is not wrong, just seems like extra effort for something that won't be used. 🙂 If that restaurant was already mapped, ya, it makes sense to use lifecycle prefix. But for a brand new POI it seems like overkill. Again, not wrong. 🙂

Hello.
Could you please elaborate on this edit? What do you mean by tentative location?

This edit is going to be completely reverted since every single change here is wrong:
* You are not supposed to be tagging the whole building if a biz doesn't occupy the whole building.
* The location of that business is wrong.
* The address of that biz is wrong.

As documented in addr:state=* this tag is supposed to be 2 letter UPPER CASE abbreviation of state name.
