A better way to map this would be to add appropriate tags on the existing road segments.

If you want to add mapillary imagery, sure. Hopefully it'll be useful to them and they'll process it to extract useful data.

So is the construction on all those houses complete and the road is open to public traffic?

How were you able to get that data? What was the source of it?

crossing=marked is intended for STOP sign intersections.
