if a business is one of many in a building, it’s best to keep its information on a separate node (the point) rather than the building itself. If the business occupies the entire building (like a standalone fast-food place), then it’s fine to move the tags directly to the building polygon without a separate node.

When adding sidewalks, please map them as a single way curb to curb. There's no need to arbitrarily split them in a middle of a block or create small "antenna" segments near curbs/intersections.

Please note that in this edit you mangled building shapes and incorrectly updated a building to extend over a sidewalk and into a road. Please make sure to draw buildings based on their base lines, not roof lines, since those can move based on satellite imagery angle.
