Please split your edits based on their geographic locations. In this case there's no reason for edits from around Toms River be submitted with edits from around Hanover. They should be 2 separate edits.

It's not just about streets. It's about getting rid of ambiguity in names anywhere, especially here.. Does "St." means "Street" or "Saint"?...

Rather than using address ranges of "2-26", it's better to explicitly list them. In NYC there are neighborhoods where actual house numbers are formatted as "2-26".
Also I'm not sure that addr:interpolation= tag is valid on a building if it as a proper addr:housenumber tag too.

When adding address house numbers to building which contain more than 1 address, please separate them with ";" and not ","
Or better yet, try to map each address as its own node or building. Doing it that way makes it less ambiguous about the actual location of each address.👍
