Apartment building doesn't have to be a huge multistory block. It can be a smaller 2-3-apartment building too. Based on the address nodes distribution the density looks to be higher like apartments rather than single-family townhouses

Yes, and at least 2 of these buildings have only 2 address nodes on them, meaning it's actually just 2 semi-detached buildings. And other buildings do not look like townhouses.

It doesn't matter where I'm from or if I've been around this address. Just like you mapped it from the satellite imagery, I can map it too and I see that the way you mapped it in this edit is wrong.

This tag is used to indicate which end of the steps is up and which is down.

There's no single ruined building encompassing the whole block. If you want to say that these buildings are that, then these buildings should be updated with proper tags.

When mapping features that supposed to have right angles, such as buildings, you can right click on them and select "Make Square" or use shortcut key "Q". That makes your mapping look neater, and the resulting shape closer to the real world.
