These buildings are incorrectly tagged. Please read building=terrace
They all should be either redrawn to actually show house=terraced or they should be retagged.

This edit has similar problem as the other one. You should not delete valid data from OSM unless you have a very good reason to do so!
This edit should be reverted in full.

Why did you extract perfectly valid address information from buildings and put them into separate address nodes?!
You also deleted address information from a car dealership POI. Why?

Deleting building=house also seems wrong. It's perfectly valid information and you deleted it. You made OSM data worse. This is borderline vandalism..

These look like semi-detached buildings or even apartments rather than terraced(row houses).

In this edit you again hijacked an address node and converted it into a landuse tag.. That doesn't seem correct. Why not add all those other relevant tags to the landuse area itself?

Hello.
You added addr:unit=Leasing Office. That doesn't seem to be a correct or valid address value. This kind of information is more suitable for description= tag. You also added created a landuse= node inside the perimeter of a building... Semantically that doesn't seem to make sense.

Hello.
Why did you remove name from this feature and created a separate node for it?

You could've easily updated this building's tags 🙂
Use https://jmapb.github.io/nycaabs to find metadata and the current nycdoitt:bin number, if it changed, and all the other relevant building info. 🙂 It's pretty simple.

Here also _1 and _2 tags should not be used at all.
You can simply delete the botanical garden link and only leave the more specific one.

Tagging with _1, _2, _# is deprecated and should not be used at all.
If you want to list multiple values for a key, separate them with ;
But then couldn't this single bollard fit in a single photo? Does it really need 2 separate photos?

Hello.
What kind of alignment improvement did you do here when you made these buildings misaligned and not rectangular.

Hello.
Please note, you can not create multiple peaks with exactly the same name.

I'm not sure about how accurate/up-to-date that map is.. I looked through a bunch of different zoning and development maps and charts on both, ZoLa and NYC Planning for that area going back as far as I could find docs and didn't see a single reference to these driveways by that name.
Before the construction of this apartment complex these used to be Wooster and Greene Streets. But documents dating back to at least 1956 explicitly crossed out those names.

Looking at that map around my home neighborhood I found at least one street name that also does not exist. When I saw it in OSM, I walked over there and asked people who live in homes on that "street" if they knew anything about that name and they had no idea what I was talking about. All the homes there had address of the main street nearby.

The point is, I'm not sure that "more data" coming from that map is "better data". I'd trust a more precise, narrower scope maps from NYC itself rather than a US-wide amalgamation map.

opening_hours= tag has a way to encoding opening hours only for specific months of the year opening_hours=*

Here's cyclomedia imagery from Oct 2023 https://www.geocoder.nyc/streetview.html?lnglat=-73.99630486965181,40.72855354804826 that doesn't show street name signs.
Here's NYC's ZoLa of this block without the named streets https://zola.planning.nyc.gov/l/lot/1/533/1
Here's NYC Street Map also not listing these streets: https://streets.planning.nyc.gov/?lat=40.728&layer-groups=%5B%22arterials%22%2C%22citymap%22%2C%22name-changes%22%2C%22paper-streets%22%2C%22pierhead-bulkhead-lines%22%2C%22stair-streets%22%2C%22street-centerlines%22%5D&lng=-73.9968&zoom=16.98
Doesn't seem like they are named.

You could upload your pictures to Mapillary and help update its database. :)
In iD and RapiD, if you open Map Data panel (shortcut key U), you can turn on Bing, Mapillary, KartaView and Mapilio layers. Imagery availability varies by area, but they could be useful in some situations.

Btw, if you are mapping while out and about, there's app called EveryDoor. It's for Android and iOS. It's specifically targeted at editing POIs. It supports all the same presets as iD and it has some nice QoL features like automatically format phone numbers, biz hours, websites, etc.
It might be easier to map things while you are standing right in front of the feature rather than to remember what it was when you get back in front of a computer.

If this biz is closed, it's better to use lifecycle prefixes, or simply delete biz-specific tags, but leave address info. Doing that allows for that address to still be searchable and preserves history of that osm object.
