Additionally, when mapping crosswalks, it's important to connect them to the intersecting roads, and accurately tag them if they are just marked crossing(STOP sign) or controlled by traffic lights.

When mapping sidewalks, if they are straight, please map them as such, without extra nodes in the middle. That makes your mapping neater, more accurate to the real world, makes it easier to edit in the future and doesn't add unnecessary data to the database.

Hello.
There's really no point mapping "proposed" features. OSM is a map about the world NOW, not how it's going to be at some point in indeterminate future.
Once the construction starts and shoves hit the ground, then it's useful to map that. Otherwise it's imaginary mapping with no use today.
I believe this edit should be reverted.

Also the building should get clinic tag ONLY it's the whole building. If a business occupies only a section of it, such just an office space or a floor, the building should have a more generic tag such as office or retail or whatever else is appropriate.

In cases like this where there are multiple locations of the same business, it's more appropriate to put that branch's name into branch= tag rather than stuffing it into the name= tag.

Correct. The standard way of tagging crosswalks is both, a crosswalk way and a node at the intersection of the road and crosswalk.

I don't think "crossing" is a correct tag for those ways.
footway=access_aisle seems to be more suitable.
