Such schools sometimes use different entrances to decrease crowding. So if you know this is the case here, you could position each school's node closer to their relevant entrances. Otherwise, position them next to each other similarly how you'd do if 2 stores were in the same building. 👍

Ok, but this is still a school building and it should be tagged as such.
As documented in amenity=school#Multiple_school_on_one_site in situations such as this one, each school should be mapped as a separate node.

In that case you shouldn't have tagged the whole building as that restaurant, but instead created a new node with restaurant's info and positioned it inside of the building's perimeter, preferably closer to the main entrance.
Only if a business occupies the whole building is it appropriate to tag the way you did here. For example a standalone McDonalds or a standalone Costco can be tagged on the building.
