support=ground implies that a light is sitting directly on the ground. That would be a logical conflict with lamp_mount=bent_mast or straight_mast..
The value that you want is support=pole.
I went ahead and updated all the street lights I could find in this park. But you are welcome to double-check to confirm if I missed any. 👍

Your call log is exactly what I expected would happen - most won't know wtf I'm asking them about, others wouldn't talk to me or just hang up..
The fact that this spam is always in the same format makes me think it's either some sort of SEO company doing this or some CMS has a plugin with instructions how to submit with exact tags to copy/paste.

I wouldn't even bother fixing this spam but just delete it. 👍

Also, iD and RapiD have separate presets for rooftop solar panels and solar panel plants(which this is not).

A simple mooring hook really shouldn't be tagged as an area.
I don't know what "cleat and spud" is, but these features should be tagged as seamark:mooring:category=post and seamark:mooring:category=bollard
