Hello.
You tagged a bunch of grassy areas as "landuse=garden". Are they actually gardens or just grassy lawns and "landuse=grass" would be more appropriate here?
You can read about definition of each tag at
leisure=garden
landuse=grass

Hello.
I see that on some features you added tag "condition=poor". This is a bit problematic tag.
What is YOU definition of "poor" and does it compare to my definition of "poor"? This is a rather subjective ranking that perhaps shouldn't be used.
You also added description "faded markings". That's accurate for now, but next week DOT can go through and repaint them, then your description won't really be accurate..

Perhaps it's better to include
smoothness=* tag as documented in smoothness=*
And surface=* tag is always relevant.

Hello.
In this edit you connected White Street's sidewalk to the underground subway line. That is obviously not correct. When mapping please pay attention not to accidentally connect/glue features that are not actually connected.

Hello.
This place's name is "Gotham Pizza", but you tagged it as a convenience store? Is that accurate?

Hello.
When adding feature, please don't abbreviate street names. It's documented in osm.wiki/Names#Abbreviation_(don't_do_it) and osm.wiki/Abbreviations

Hello.
The correct tag would be shop=pest_control. I fixed it for you.

Please note that OSM MUST NOT be used for "testing". This is a live database used by millions of people. This edit have been reverted in full.

Hello.
If you see that a building has wrong shape, why not update it since you are right there already.
And if a building is under construction, why not tag it as such rather than add fixme tag?

"medium" is valid. "Medium" is invalid.

Changing OSM data to contain redundant info because some specific map site/style doesn't display desired info is osm.wiki/Tagging_for_the_renderer and is considered bad practice.

In OSM first and foremost the data must be accurate. How it is displayed is up to each map style. If that map style is missing some critical information, that style should be updated, not OSM data mangled to fit that incomplete style.

Hello.
What is the source of these changes?

CSX is already in the operator tag, why add it to the name?

Also, "Medium" is an invalid tag value. All tag values in OSM(other than names) must be lower case.

Shouldn't this be tunnel=building_passage instead of layer=-1?

Hello.
Please note that the usual nyc sidewalks should be tagged as just "surface=concrete". "concrete:plates" value is intended for situations such as bridges or other paths were the places were pre-cast off-site and installed as a whole at a location. With the nyc sidewalks it's usually poured in-place.

You could put disused: prefix in front of amenity= and optionally delete other biz-specific tags.

If you haven't already, check out app called EveryDoor. It's on both, Android and iOS. It's designed specifically for editing POIs features with easy presents for a lot of things and it has a single button way to mark biz as closed.
You can't create ways with it like with Vespucci, but for POIs it's a lot less clunky. 🙂

Hello.
Rather than completely deleting this feature, it's much better to use lifecycle prefixes as documented in osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix.
Or at the very least delete biz-specific tags and leave just address info.
Doing that preserves that object's history if at some point in the future there's ever a need to refer to that. Plus it preserves that address being searchable.

Hello.
Some suggestions: when you are mapping swimming pools or other features that are obviously rectangular or round, you can manually draw their approximation and then right-click on that feature and select "Square" or "Circularize" to make them have right angles or be a proper circle.
Doing that makes your mapping look neater and those features closer to their real world shapes. 👍

Hello again.
When mapping features please pay attention to make sure that they don't cross over each where they are not supposed to. For example here you mapped some grassy area crossing over an apartment building.

Also when tagging paths, please try to select the appropriate types. Sidewalks go parallel to the road, and Foot Paths go within the block or elsewhere.

Hello.
You added a bench (node/11057333455) with tag "fixme=" writing that the bench is shaky.
This tag intended for other mappers to alert that that this features needs more attention, for situations where a feature is too complicated for you to map, or you can't figure out what it is from the available imagery, or there's something else wrong with it.

This tag is not intended for workers of this development or the city to know to fix this bench. :)

Hello.
You also gave names to a bunch of features that probably don't need to be named, such as way/1190883860 you named "Ramp". And a bunch of grassy areas you named "Green Space". Unless those are actually real names of those features, it's perfectly fine to leave them nameless.
