The cartways at this golf course are all tagged with highway=service, suggesting rather broad access. I'm not sure about cart path tagging best practices with tagging it as a service road, but depending on intended access it may be worthwhile to at least tag against uses that might normally consider service roads fair game, so motor_vehicle=no, bicycle=no, horse=no, etc.

This building was torn down and a new apartment complex is being built in this area.

Johnson Street here is tagged with oneway:bicycle=no, I'm not sure that's correct for the on-the-ground indications.

The cross streets of East Washington Avenue here are styled as 1st Street, 4th Street, etc. here on OSM. I know at the very least that the stops with BRT stations are signed on the ground in a "spelled out" way, e.g. First Street, Fourth Street. I'm not sure whether this applies to every single one of the "numeric" cross streets or just the major ones. I'm also not sure whether OSM has a specific set of best practices for preferring numbers vs words vs just replicating exactly what's signed
