There's hoarding at this site stating "The Ivy Canterbury Brasserie" opening soon. Keep an eye out for when this opens and update the map accordingly.

20mph roundels visible in the Bing aerial imagery a little south of here suggests that the road here may be 20mph from this point, or perhaps a bit to the south. Survey to check the correct extent and update the highways accordingly.

It looks like the maxspeed=30mph tagging for the roads west from here is outdated, judging from the 20mph roundels that I can see in the Bing imagery. Double-check with the survey that this is correct and update / add the tagging to reflect this.
