Judging from the roundels on the road in the Bing aerial imagery here and to the west, it looks like the roads west from here are 20 mph. Double-check this with a ground survey and tag the roads accordingly.

There are a couple of highway segments marked as 30 mph amongst some that are 20 mph. Confirm which is accurate, since I suspect that this isn't tagged correctly at the moment. I reckon that it is probably all 20 mph here.

Should this actually be tagged with crossing=traffic_signals? Bing imagery appears to show a zebra crossing, in which case I'd expect crossing=uncontrolled or crossing=zebra.

We seem to have mixed tagging for both "maxspeed=20 mph" and "maxspeed=30 mph" for the new development here. Survey to determine what's correct, since I don't think it'll chop and change like it's currently tagged.
