OpenStreetMap is a database for current data. Historical data should be mapped on OpenHistoricalMap instead. Please folllow OSM's good practices: osm.wiki/Good_practice#Don't_map_historic_events_and_historic_features

On the matter of tagging, the seats=* tag is not for electoral seats, but for benches.

Hi. I was looking at the intersection at osm.org/#map=19/40.58432/-124.25974. Are you sure these are give_way signs, not stop signs? On Bing imagery I can clearly see "stop" painted on the road here.

This is not "fixed". You wouldn't want downtown New York filled with tourism=attraction nodes for each film that was made there either, for the same reason.

If there is some physical object that is recognisable as something that is related to filming, like permanent props, you could map them, but this doesn't seem to be such a case, so it shouldn't be mapped.

If the name does not meet verifiability standards, then why should it be mapped at all?
