Hello. I use a standard script to react to connected buildings and features.
You just connected many buildings with their nodes. No roads.
Just open this changeset in JOSM, and you can see what I mean.
I accepted this situation due to the urgency of this project. If these (small) issues have to be solved, it delays the progress of this project.

PLease do not map simple buildings as a multipolygon . These tags are to be used where a building has a courtyard inside it.
And, square each building with the Q key while selected.

We welcome you as a new mapper.
Your mapping does not meet the quality standards of HOTOSM. Often, your mappings don't reflect the real shape of a building. Don't you use a mouse? It is very difficult to draw a building with just a touchpad.
Quality prevails above quantity.
Draw accurately along the rooflines and square each building with the Q key while still selected.
