2nd. In rural areas, you tagged traces of a road as sidewalk/footway. These are to be used in dense urban areas as to be use by pedestrians only,
read the highway wiki please.
Use path (as narrow as max 2 mtr)
unclassified highway,
or service road. access to a company or residense.

Why do you add a layer=1 to buildings which are standard build ?
This layer is mostly used when you have f.e. a gate building or petrol station where a road is passing under.
I remove these taggings.

Please learn to identify buildings.
When you see an object with outer, and inner walls, they can be mapped as a building under construction.
walled yards don't need to be mapped.

I have the idea that you are not good informed what objects are to be recognized and mapped as buildings.
You consequently mapped Yards with walls/fences as a building.
Buildings here have mostly a bluegreen roof, rather white. In all cases you must see a shadow next to it. (it proofs it is above groundlevel)
When you see shadows on both walls, No building.
perhaps a building under construction or cattle stock room.
