Hello. Thanks for mapping here.
A request
Please pay more attention on accurate mapping and map each building individually
Best regards and keep mapping

Hello. Thanks for mapping here
An urgent recommendation:
Please map each building accurate and square it (rectangular) with the Q key in the editor. Keep the building selected during pressing the Q key
Most buildings are good rectangular and the mappings should reflect that.
A hand drawn building is mostly not correct rectangular. Therefore use the Q key after mark it a building and the object is still selected.
Be aware that this will not work when the deviation to a square corner is to big. Then you have to adjust the building manually . After that you can square it again.

Please take your time to map accurate. You will waste Validators time if they have to correct lots of inaccurate mappings.
Use a mouse to draw.

Never let a node of a building connect to other features, like highways, other buildings or residential areas.
To avoid that , In iDeditor keep the Alt key down while drawing the building. In JOSM keep the Ctrl key down

Map each building individually. do not cluster buildings and call it 1 building

Please pay also attention on the issue triangle on the right-hand menu
It alerts you on warnings and errors.

Please (try to)solve these before uploading your work.

Best regards and keep mapping !

Hello. Thanks for mapping.
You are a very beginner mapper I see
Please learn how to map and tag objects.
You did not tag the objects you mapped here. They are also not very accurate mappedand squared.
For reference

Hello. Thanks for mapping here
A request.
Please map more accurate by following the outlines of a building.
Be aware that tall buildings have to be moved to their footprint. Just map the rooflines and move the whole building over the groundplan.
Best regards

Quite good and accurate mapped.
Thanks and keep mapping on this way

Hello. Thanks for mapping.

Validators check mappers’ work to see if they meet the requirements of the project, are complete and of a good quality.

A few pointers -
1) Most buildings are square so your mapping should reflect that, please remember to square your buildings by pressing the q key while the building is selected.

2) Please outline the buildings as closely as possible to the actual shape and try not to include the shadows of the buildings.

3) Map each building separately.

4) Avoid connecting nodes of buildings connecting to other buildings or features, like roads. Also don't let buildings overlap each other.

Best regards

As outlined in the instructions please do not let individual buildings share nodes - map them as separate objects. Although buildings may be connected in reality we run into a problem here. If someone wants to fix the shape of a building it automatically distorts the surrounding buildings making any cleanup a lot more difficult. Some of the areas between buildings are in reality buildings as well. If you switch to Bing imagery then you can see the shadow that they cast. Apart from that - keep mapping for the good cause!
