Just a quick comment:

Instead of using abbreviations such as HMA, I would recommend mapping the area for Ho Municipal Assembly covering all departments or buildings within. I am normally using the format <Munical Name> + <Department>, for example, "Ho Municipal Town And Country Planning Department" as I did here way/313925302

I have earlier only added the name of municipal to this building way/204681653

Also, let only one object be represented once hence we can remove the name from way/313925302

Furthermore, note that Bing Imagery is very old and should not be used for extensive mapping of structures. You should compare with others, Maxar seems good but has offset issues here is how to change imagery https://learnosm.org/en/hot-tips/imagery/

OpenStreetMap can be modified by anyone as you already know but first, you kindly need to check if what you are mapping exists.

Mapping stuffs like this ghost "trunk link" way/1073682281 only damages the map if you are not aware.

Please kindly also learn to use good and meaningful changeset comments that actually describe what you have mapped instead of hashtags that tell nothing. Read osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

This is from 6 years ago but I have removed the spaces between numbers and abbreviations via changeset/122863201 as it doesn't appear to be in sync with general street naming and also in Version #4 here https://osm.mapki.com/history/way/4283498

I would also recommend that you care about sounding objects too like way/1011191848 which is right on the via node of the restriction.

Thanks for mapping. Bing aerial imagery is very old and should not be used for mapping new buildings around here. Kindly use Maxar Premium instead; you will need to adjust the offset slightly to match existing data.

Also, there exist a node - node/1912302969 which instead should have the village name. I have moved the name here and restored landuse=residential here - way/220462267

Thanks for mapping, consider re-using geometries whenever possible via Replace Geometry osm.wiki/JOSM/Plugins/utilsplugin2#Replace_geometry_.28Ctrl.2BShift.2BG.29 instead of deleting them completely / re-mapping

Also do not use block capital letter for names.
