Use a descriptive changeset comment. #addedpresets doesn't say anything. See osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments

Also use one element to repesent only one feature on the ground. Don't add name of shop or shop as both node and polygon, see osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element

Please, using only "$" as a changeset comment is bad. Use a short descriptive text that really say what you have done. You should read osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments Thank you

Check for existing features before adding new ones. Also use name "Shell, Tarkwa" or "Shell" instead of including "filling station", the tag amenity=fuel covers that.

I humbly advise not adding features to OpenStreetMap if you have no knowledge about them. Thank you
