| 169633117 | Oui et en plus l’exemple est ambigu car si on parle de la ville de Longueuil, alors on écrit « de » mais si c’est quelqu’un qui s’appelle Gilles De Longueuil alors c’est « De »! |

| 169633117 | Great! Thanks for the update. However, We need a capital D in De Lorimier, because it is part of De Lorimier name (a person). Rue de Florence would be with a lowercase d because Florence is a city and not a person and "de" is not part of the city name, while "De" in "De Lorimier" is part of the person name. Weird, but this is how it is specified in Odonymie Québec. |

| 169571578 | Are these tag documented somewhere? I chose the incorrect one because I didn't find any info about htis case of multiple city name for a street name or address. These are postal city names that must be used alongside the street name for sending post there, but the official city name is Montréal since 2001 fusions. |

| 169482018 | Are you sure bicycle access is prohibited here? By default, universities are public and almost always accessible to bicycle and foot transit. |

| 169426992 | Can you point out the wiki part you mention? I do not seem to find it. bicycle=dismount seems legit here. In Quebec, bicycle access is prohibited by law on all sidewalks, except when permitted with a specific sign. Thus, by default, it should be dismount. Park footpaths are ambiguous, but we usually tag them bicycle=dismount except when part of a cycleway network or when bicycle pictograms can be found. Some routing engines now block access to bicycle when bicycle=no even at walking speed (dismounted), so it is safer to not cut access to parks to bicycle routing engines and keep the bicycle=dismount value.

| 169426992 | Hi! Please use bicycle=dismount instead of bicycle=no, except if there is a specific sign saying you cannot even bring the bicycle while dismounted (almost never happen in Quebec, except inside some buildings) |
|
| 169285449 | See cycleway=link for cycleway links. |
|
| 169285449 | Such connections are called links/connectors and are needed, especially in Quebec, since we map sidewalks with the tag bicycle=no, because it is the law in the province, contrary to almost anywhere else in the world. For this reason, the router will never have access to a lot of parks because bicycle=no should stop the router to use sidewalks to access parks without a proper cycleway in them. Thus we need the links/connectors so someone wanting to go to a park must be able to reach it, even if there is a kerb. Instead of deleting it, you can change the bicycle=yes tag to bicycle=dismount so we know we should dismount because of kerbs. You mentioned "tagging for the router" with a link to the wiki. In the wiki page, none of the examples concerns this kind of links/connectors, which is documented here: footway=link

| 169238979 | I don't think this is a residential road. This access road is for the Oratoire only. Which source did you use to select residential as the highway tag instead of service here? Thanks! |
|
| 169285449 | Bonjour!

| 168976687 | When you delete something, you should tel in the changeset message why and from which source. If you use land registry data, you need to ask permission from the MRNF (Ministère des ressources naturelles) and from MAMH (Ministère des affaires municipales et de l'Habitation) since the data available on Données Québec is with license CC 4.0, which is not fully compatible with OBDl (OSM). However, we are in the process of getting permission from both ministries to be able to use it. But we must be patient.
