Holy cow, how's Watonga doing these days? Kinda looked like it blew off the map when I scouted out there two years ago to see what happened after RNSP management kicked out Oklacon, and I know the local businesses there pretty much relied on the furries going to Oklacon every year to put 'em in the black.

Permissive, so it's open to the public unless the owner kicks you out, similar to a shopping mall concourse? If it's only open to residents, private would be more appropriate.
