In all of these cases (there's over a dozen according to gmail, so I'm addressing them all in this case), they do appear on local signage and in the state laws. Oklahoma has a lot of named links.

Looks like this was oddly geocoded in Oklahoma, might want to go back and take a closer look. These nodes appear to be in the middle of streets instead of the correct locations.
