Not bad. I'd still spell out South and Drive in the name, computers that want to generate the abbreviation can do so, but it's harder for computers to unabbreviate accurately.

Might want to avoid overlapping landuse areas (for example, landuse=residential should never attach to highway=*, but stop at the edge of the right of way, which is the edge of the residential landuse and the start of a highway landuse)

Please use more caution, id is really not a good editor to edit roads that have lane tagging (most roads that have marked lanes).

Please be mindful of tagging... completely ignoring the tags and using a motorway for a new ramp is really bad form.

I think "broadleaf" and "evergreen" are mutually exclusive in this climate.

The building isn't floating above ground, and shouldn't have a layer tag. The part of the road that passes under the building should be tunnel=building_passage or covered=yes
