Don't sweat the rendering, as you can see from the layers box on the OSM site, there's six right there that all interpret the data differently. Let the renderer worry about how it looks, focus on what's actually correct.

The west lot at 410 and the lot in front of 420 and 520 don't really make sense to be mapped as two different polygons. The east lot at 410 probably shouldn't be attached to the road centerline for maintainability and continue to the edge of the lot instead of the aisle centerline.

area=yes won't change it if it's not already rendering leisure=park. Consult your renderer's documentation.
