Are those footways (only open to pedestrians) or paths (open to bicycles and pedestrians)? The construction seems to be more along the lines of a path.

Does it actually have two lanes? Or is it an uncontrolled street? The latter is *far* more common to the point of ubiquity in the US for residential streets, and if this is the case, lanes=* is inappropriate.
