Please don't move destination:street to destination; they're two different tags. Also if you're going to tag destination:lanes, please make sure the lanes actually have signed destinations. They don't in this case.

Street names go into destination:street. If your renderer doesn't consume this, that's a bug with your software, not a reason to move it to destination instead.

Looks like it's already been corrected. There was two levels that was connected not at the incline but towards the Utica Avenue side.

Has it been completely removed or are the roads and parking lots still standing but not open?

Name is not for "OK 127", that's what ref=OK 127 is for. If it has no name, use noname=yes instead.
