If something needs correcting, please correct it, not just delete it. You even deleted a public footpath. The tracks can all be seen on available imagery so are valid feature to be included on OSM. Thus I've reverted these changes.

I cannot see any building around here that might be the Cafe. The OSM database holds only ground truth that is verifiable to anyone who may pass by. If the cafe is an on the ground feature perhaps I could help in mapping it? I can't find a website, is there one?

If the cafe is not a permanent feature, then it should be removed from OSM.
