you have recently removed data from OSM claiming military security issues. You have then claimed that the addition of these features represented “foreigner’s vandalism”.

Do not do that. Everyone in OSM is allowed to add everywhere, foreigner or not. If you are local then you will often know things better than someone who is not local, and we are happy if you improve contributions made by others. However, if someone who is not local adds data that is clearly visible on aerial imagery, you cannot delete all the data just because you are local - or at least you will need a good explanation, for example if the whole military base was destroyed in a fire you can point to a press article about that. But you cannot simply delete a whole military base just because it was mapped by a foreigner! If you do that, then you are the vandal.

I have reverted your deletions and I am blocking your account for 4 days. If you do something like this again I will have to block your account for longer.
