We suspect that this account may have been created to evade the block osm.org/user_blocks/19752 , which in turn follows on from osm.org/user_blocks/15424 .

Please email data@openstreetmap.org with a subject line of “[Ticket#2023110410000321] [OpenStreetMap] Masie Kate”. Hopefully this is all a misunderstanding and can soon be cleared up, after which we’ll be able to revoke this block.
