It disappoints, and concerns, me to have to say this to such a long-established mapper as yourself, but a temporary block has been placed on your OSM account.

Other Mappers have contacted us with concerns about your work in Colombia.

These include:

• you are carrying out an import of data, apparently without following the Import Guidelines: osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines,

• errors that have previously been identified and pointed out to you have not yet been corrected: osm.org/changeset/173026260,

• you are importing data directly from Overture, which is widely regarded as being inaccurate, as pointed out in the above Changeset (Many nodes are in the middle of streets and not in the correct place), without checking it,

• the same errors with your information e.g. osm.org/changeset/172929121, have been pointed out to over a few years https://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=77400, but are still occurring.

Once you have read this message, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM, but we would expect you to correct these problems, and also advise us of starting work on the proper Import procedures by 23 November, otherwise further action may have to be taken.
