Hallo ChrisFromRV, die Änderungen an den Access-Regeln für den Blumenweg sind nicht sinnvoll: way/27639066 - ein "access=no" bedeutet, dass das Ding für alle gesperrt ist, dann schreibst du vehicle=destination (Anlieger frei), dann aber motor_vehicle=private (für Motorfahrzeuge aber Privatweg), und ein foot=*, das dem access=no entgegenwirken würde, gibt es gar nicht! Die gleichen Fehler hat früher schonmal ein anderer Benutzer gemacht ("OSMChecker"), siehe hier: changeset/73681458 - hast Du mit dem irgendetwas zu tun?

(1) Judging from your mapping times, you clearly seem to be doing this as a job. This means that your work falls under our "organised editing guidelines" - documented in detail here https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines - which above all advocate for transparency. You should make it clear in your OSM user profile whom you are working for and what projects or targets you are working on. Related to this topic of transparency, (2) please understand that the changeset comment you enter when uploading is primarily targeted at other human beings in OSM. Nobody outside a small circle of insiders knows what "#UNGSC #UniteMaps #MINUSCA KAGA-BANDORO fix" is supposed to mean. What we want to read in a changeset comment is not project acronyms but what you've done and why. "Fixed misaligned paths", "Improved mapping of farmland", or even "general cleanup after a mapathon" would all be perfectly valid changeset comments. In this changeset you have added a dry cleaning shop which (1) is much smaller than the building visible on aerial imagery, and (2) sits on top of a service road. Can you fix this?

I think the reason for this discrepancy might be that the "Karlsruhe Schema" for addresses predates the establishment of the semicolon as a default separator. The reason why I became aware of the issue is that the OSM inspector flags house numbers containing semicolons as errors, and when I checked with the developers the answer was that the semicolon is indeed wrong (https://github.com/ltog/osmi-addresses/issues/118). I shall update the wiki page you pointed to with that information.

Hello archie, it is correct that a semicolon is the default separator for multiple values, however the addr:housenumber field does not use this default. See osm.wiki/Proposed_features/House_numbers/Karlsruhe_Schema for a documentation of the Karlsruhe Schema which mandates the use of a comma.

Harry, you were doing a little too much of "assuming good intentions" here, the monument tag had been added by a vandal, together with a matching set of name, name:en, and name:ru tags, mocking Armenia by renaming their capital a monument to rival Azerbaijan. I reverted that.

Dear user annooyumm, please use good changeset comments (osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments) when uploading edits to OpenStreetMap. "pRk" is not a good explanation. If you believe that GV70 has added parks without merit, then a good changeset comment would be "removed XYZ park because ..." and of course you would be expected to provide a reason, e.g. that you have visited the area and verified it is not a park, or that it is clearly not a park on aerial imagery, etc. -- Signed, Frederik Ramm for the OSMF Data Working Group.

Im Fall des Seewegs zum Beispiel ist Deine neu erstellte Geometrie nämlich 100% identisch mit der der von Maps4BW, inklusive aller seltsamen Schlenker. Hast Du eventuell ein "source=Maps4BW" vergessen?

Der Grund, warum ich so pingelig frage, ist der: Maps4BW ist extrem veraltet in der Region, und es beschweren sich immer wieder Mapper, dass Leute ohne nachzudenken von Maps4BW abmalen und dadurch die Daten verschlimmbessern.

Meine Bitte an Dich: 1. Verwende Maps4BW nur dort, wo Du Dich selbst gut genug auskennst, um zu beurteilen, dass Du keinen Murks abmalst. Und 2. *wenn* Du Maps4BW verwendest, dann sei ehrlich und schreib das dazu und nicht "survey", so dass andere Mapper dann wissen, wie verlässlich Deine Geometrien sind (ein source=survey würde heissen "relativ aktuell", ein source=Maps4BW würde heissen "kann auch mal 15 Jahre hinterher hinken".

The Italian community is discussing this on talk-it as we speak, and you are invited to participate. I have made my argument there as well (link above). As I said there, it is not unusual for places with < 10000 inhabitants to be "towns", and just because a single place with 2,000 inhabitants is a town doesn't mean that every other place with that number is also a town. There are other criteria than just the number of inhabitants. But this has been explained to you already and is also stated on the Wiki, I don't think I have to repeat it here.

Many of the paths mapped here are not actually visible on Bing imagery which is claimed to be the source. What is the actual source for these?

In den restlichen 128 Stunden tun sie, was sie wollen, und nicht, was ihr Arbeitgeber will, und der Arbeitgeber ist nicht dafür verantwortlich, was sie in ihrer Freizeit tun. -- Im Forum wird man üblicherweise auch nicht gesperrt, weil man irgendwelchen düsteren Mächten die Stirn geboten hat, sondern weil man grundlegende Anforderungen an Respekt, Freundlichkeit, oder einfach nur daran, sachlich beim Thema zu bleiben, missachtet hat.

Dear FRicharrd44, what you have done here and in your other recent changesets is called a "mechanical edit" and requires prior discussion in a relevant forum or mailing list (for global edits, that would e.g. be the tagging or talk lists).
